About Drea

I am a lifelong student of the body and its mysteries—a practitioner of presence, devoted to the slow, sacred work of becoming.

My path has taken me through many landscapes: the healing arts, ancestral medicine, improvisational movement and somatic exploration, herbalism, and the deep, honest spaces of mental health support.


As a dedicated yogi and meditation facilitator, I walk the spiral path of the embodied feminine with the Womb of the Heart, have practiced orgasmic meditation, and walked alongside the spirit of plants in ceremony.


Each experience has shaped me, deepened me, and brought me closer to what is most important to me—the wisdom I’ve found on this journey as a divine essence inhabiting human form: presence, connection, and the living truth that healing is a continual unfolding—an ever-deepening return to wholeness.

Creating a Practice

Working with me is entering a living, breathing process rooted in trust, safety, and sacred collaboration.

Each session is a co-created, shaped by your needs, your truth, and your timing. I listen deeply—to your body, energy, words, and silence—and respond with the practices most aligned with the moment.

Our work moves like a fluid dance, guided by intuition, nervous system attunement, and our unfolding connection. I draw from many healing traditions—hands-on work, conversation, creative expression, herbal wisdom—all woven together.


Sessions can be quiet, joyful, emotional, tender, or expansive. Healing flows with its own intelligence. As trust deepens and layers unfold, our sessions evolve naturally.


You are a mystery, and my commitment is to meet you there, again and again, with presence, reverence, and care.

What To Expect

Session Format

Each session is uniquely shaped by you. I offer a blend of somatic healing, nervous system support, hands-on bodywork, intuitive coaching, and creative/spiritual modalities. No two sessions are alike. We follow what is alive, needed, and true in the moment. Over time, the shape of our work may shift—deepening, softening, evolving.

You are not required to choose a modality. Our sessions are dynamic and responsive. I draw from these tools fluidly, based on your needs and our shared intuition.

Container & Commitment

Trust is the foundation of this work. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to unfold at your own pace. While single sessions can be powerful, transformation often comes through continued relationship. I offer both one-time sessions and ongoing journeys for deeper integration.

Session Length & Location

Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes.

They are offered in-person (location details here) or virtually via Zoom, depending on the type of work and your location.

  • Ritual, Meditation, or Creative Expression – to integrate and awaken inner wisdom

Even at a distance, this work is powerful. We co-create a sacred space for transformation with presence and purpose. While single sessions are impactful, a 1–6 month journey is ideal for deeper, lasting growth.

Group Practice Sessions

Collective Presence • Embodiment • Expression

These group sessions are sacred containers for shared practice, presence, and exploration. Offered both in person and online, they invite you to drop into your body, your breath, and your inner landscape, while being held in the energy of community. Each session is a living practice, intuitively shaped around a blend of:

  • Meditation & Contemplation – to anchor into stillness and inner clarity

  • Movement – to awaken the body and move energy

  • Creative or Emotional Expression – to access truth, aliveness, and connection

Sessions can last anywhere from an hour to 1.5 hours and may be offered daily, weekly, or bi-monthly, depending on the rhythm and cycle of the work.

My Artwork

My art is an extension of my practice—intuitive, embodied, and reflective. Each piece carries its own innate wisdom, revealing itself when given the time and space to be truly seen, much like the body.

Most of my work is a blend of pencil drawing and acrylic on paper or canvas. I often go through phases of carrying a sketchbook wherever I go, allowing my surroundings and inner states to shape the pieces. This results in a diverse body of work, influenced by both place and experience.

Some pieces are rooted in specific geographical locations or born from immersive healing journeys. The Menstrual Blood Series, for example, reflects the raw creative revelations carried through the bloodline. These works serve as symbolic offerings—laying to rest ancestral patterns and reclaiming cyclical power.
